* Supervise and lead the bell team, ensuring efficient luggage handling, guest assistance, and overall service excellence.

* Coordinate with the front office, concierge, and aviation teams to provide a seamless guest arrival and departure experience.

* Train and mentor bell staff to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

* Monitor guest requests and special requirements, ensuring they are fulfilled promptly and with discretion.

* Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to accommodate VIP guest movements.

* Oversee valet and transportation logistics, ensuring smooth coordination for guest arrivals and departures.

* Address guest concerns or special requests professionally, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

* Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment

Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality, aviation, or private estates.

* Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

* Proficiency in coordinating high-profile guest services with discretion and confidentiality.

* Fluency in English is required

* UAE experience within five-star hotels, private aviation, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
