To support the Benefits & Wellness Operation and Development team members in the design and rollout plans for all projects, initiative, as well as manage vendor management, stakeholder's management and support with generating any needed reports.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for vendors & Search for corporate deals and promotions to employ employees.
Serves as liaison and information resource for Employees by Assisting them regarding benefits issues and inquires.
Monitoring and researching latest benefits trends.
Provide assistance in all Benefits programs (Recognition, Wellbeing, Seasonal initiatives)
End-to-end management of the purchase order and invoicing process.
Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS and provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
Manage Wellbeing Page: data update & Consultants/Sessions Registration.
Manage iEtisalat Page: updates.
Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately.
Assists with new-hire orientations/induction and explain benefits self-enrollment system.
Distributes benefits enrolment Forms and determines eligibility.
Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments.
Performs quality checks of benefits-uploaded data.
Audit Corporate offers Quality through Satisfaction ratings and Investigate escalated employee feedback
Generate benefits reports as per needed
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in (HR/Management/Business Administration).
Minimum 1-2 years Business Experience.
Excellent computer skills: ability to run analysis and generate reports, excel is required.
