Bid Manager – EMEA
Plaza Premium Group is looking for a Bid Manager – EMEA to lead and coordinate tender submissions across the region. This role will ensure structured execution of bids, compliance with governance processes, and high-quality submissions aligned with evaluation criteria.
The Bid Manager will act as the central coordinator between Business Development, Finance, Operations, Design, Legal, and HQ teams to manage multiple tenders and ensure timely and competitive submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Management
- Manage the full bid lifecycle across multiple tenders in EMEA.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities and submission timelines.
- Ensure internal approvals and governance processes are followed.
Tender Coordination
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams.
- Consolidate technical and commercial documentation for submissions.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and authority guidelines.
Submission Strategy
- Analyse evaluation criteria and scoring frameworks.
- Support teams in structuring competitive and well-positioned proposals.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the key coordination point between regional teams and HQ.
- Provide updates, risk summaries, and executive briefings.
Process Improvement
- Implement bid management templates and tools.
- Lead post-bid reviews to improve future submissions.
Requirements
Experience
- 5–8 years in bid management, business development, consulting, aviation operations, or infrastructure tenders.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, Engineering, or related fields.
Skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Other
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA.
