Job Title: Bid Proposal Analyst

Industry: Facilities Management / FM / Property & Integrated Facilities Services

Experience: 3+ years relevant exp

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 15000 AED to 18000 AED

Must-Have Experience

3+ years in Bid Management / Bid Support / Proposal Management / Bid Analyst / Project Support

Experience in Facilities Management

Exposure to Hard FM and Soft FM

Strong experience in bid/proposal preparation and submission

Experience managing client portals and e-tendering platforms

Strong proposal writing and editing skills

Experience coordinating with SMEs and cross-functional teams

Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong knowledge of AI tools used for proposal/bid development

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Highly Preferred

Adobe InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop

MS Project / SharePoint / Visio

Proposal/design/graphics experience

APMP certification

Experience with UAE/GCC FM tenders

Experience handling government/semi-government tenders or major FM contracts
