Responsibilities

Analyze customer RFQs (Request for Quotations), specifications, and tender documents.

Study and collect all information needed to prepare the proposal.

Negotiation with suppliers to get the best commercial conditions.

Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals.

Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to gather necessary inputs for proposal preparation.

Prepare cost estimates and support pricing strategies.

Ensure all submissions comply with technical requirements, deadlines, and internal approval processes.

Following up on the status of opportunities with clients

Qualifications

-Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering .

Experience :13 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably in Bid/proposal preparation, project management, or technical roles.

Familiarity with Electrical systems design, power distribution, control systems, or similar areas is desirable.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles

Awareness of tools like AutoCAD , ETAP , MATLAB , or similar software for design and simulation.

Soft Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting proposals and interacting with clients.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
