Bike Delivery Riders Required – Kuwait
Al Thiqa Al Motamada Co. is hiring Bike Delivery Riders to join our growing delivery fleet.
Monthly Performance Pay
Category S
320 KWD + 0.020 KWD per km
Category A
220 KWD + 0.020 KWD per km
Category B
140 KWD + 0.020 KWD per km
Category C
50 KWD + 0.020 KWD per km
Category D (Invalid Month)
0.250 KWD per completed order + 0.020 KWD per km
Requirements to Qualify for Monthly Performance Pay
Work 10+ hours per day.
Stay online for at least 90% of every booked shift.
Complete a minimum of 2 orders per day.
Meet the monthly VDA requirements and mandatory working days.
Performance Is Evaluated Based On
Completed Orders – 35%
UTR – 35%
On-Time Delivery Rate – 10%
Completion Rate – 10%
Accept Rate – 10%
