About The Role
We are hiring an experienced
Bike Rider Fleet Manager who already has access to a
ready pool of motorcycle delivery riders in Dubai.
This person will be responsible for quickly deploying, managing, and scaling a fleet of bike riders to support high-volume delivery operations.
This is not a recruiter role this is a
hands-on fleet owner / fleet operator role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide and onboard a pre-existing network of bike delivery riders Ensure riders have valid: UAE bike license Visa / Emirates ID RTA permits (if required) Assign riders to delivery platforms and daily shifts Manage attendance, punctuality, and rider discipline Track and improve: - Order completion rate
- Delivery time
- Rider availability
- Replace riders quickly if someone leaves or underperforms
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams
- Maintain rider records, contracts, and compliance
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Must already manage or have direct access to multiple bike delivery riders in Dubai
- Experience working with food or e-commerce delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, etc.)
- Strong operational control over riders (attendance, replacements, scheduling)
- Ability to scale the fleet fast when volumes increase
