Full-Time Facilitator UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
Requirements: Valid UAE driving licence & reliable transport
What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality learning experiences across Abu Dhabi charter schools and wider UAE programmes, using the content and resources provided by 8billionideas.
You will lead engaging sessions, confidently manage behaviour with large groups, and step in as lead facilitator on the day when requiredsetting expectations, guiding the team, and ensuring smooth, consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate dynamic, inclusive sessions (in-person & virtual) aligned with learning and safeguarding standards
- Adapt delivery across school days, enrichment sessions, intensive programmes, and camps
- Model strong classroom management and positive participation
- Use 8billionideas tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet; bonus: Canva, Figma, Notion)
- Prepare thoroughly for sessions (pre-reads, tech/space checks, materials)
- Collect feedback and suggest practical improvements
- Coordinate proactively with Operations regarding schedules, logistics and resources
- Maintain clear, timely communication via Slack and email

Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluent Arabic & English (Arabic essential)
- Proven experience facilitating with young people (schools/camps/enrichment)
- Strong classroom presence with confident behaviour management
- Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, Slack)
- Right to work in the UAE
- Able to travel between emirates; occasional evenings/weekends
- Commitment to safeguarding and safer working practices
Desirable
- Experience in bilingual or international school contexts
- SEN exposure/awareness
- First Aid & Safeguarding certification
- Experience acting as lead facilitator on-the-day
Safeguarding & Compliance
Background/police checks and references are required.
