Our expertise includes structural strengthening, concrete repair, soil stabilization, cathodic protection, waterproofing and façade rehabilitation — helping ensure buildings and infrastructure remain resilient, safe and durable.

We are looking for a bilingual (FLUENCY IN ARABIC & ENGLISH IS MUST) dynamic, technically strong and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE.

This is a full-time, on-site, client-facing role focused on developing new business, building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up opportunities through the complete sales cycle and close business

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key decision-makers

• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations and technical discussions

• Build and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline

• Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver successful client outcomes

• Represent Plus Prime professionally in the UAE market

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Civil, Chemical or Construction Engineering

• 5 years of proven UAE experience in business development/sales

• Experience in construction chemicals, concrete repair, structural strengthening, refurbishment or construction systems

• Strong understanding of technical products and systems and the ability to communicate their value to clients and consultants

• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Confident and professional client-facing personality

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills

• Energetic, proactive and highly organized

• Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE construction market

Remuneration

Gross Package: Gross AED 15-20K per month + performance based incentives, commensurate with experience and suitability.
