Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual Customer Support professional (English & French), based in Qesm El Maadi. The position involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in both English and French. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communication effectively, assisting with technical support, and leveraging analytical skills to identify and solve customer problems. While the role is based in Qesm El Maadi, some work from home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support, Technical Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Analytical Skills to identify, address, and solve customer challenges efficiently
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, blending on-site and remote work
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus
  • Understanding of technology-driven solutions and processes
  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role is beneficial
