Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English & French) based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves providing high-quality customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering technical support to resolve inquiries effectively. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer issues to identify solutions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for engaging professionally and courteously with clients
  • Basic to advanced Technical Support skills to address and resolve customer issues
  • Analytical Skills to identify and troubleshoot complex problems efficiently
  • Fluency in both English and French (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and service-oriented environments is an advantage
