We're Hiring: Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English & French)
Hybrid Model | Travel Agency Account. Location: Maadi, Cairo
If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are flexible with shifts, this role could be a great fit. We're looking for a fluent English & French Customer Support Representative to join our team and support a leading travel agency account.
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, changes, and general support, delivering a smooth and friendly experience across every interaction.
Work Model & Schedule:
-Hybrid setup: 2 days work from home + 3 days from office
-Rotational schedule: 5 working days & 2 days off (rotational)
-Shifts: Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts
Language Requirements
-Fluent in English and French (spoken & written) mandatory
