Bilingual L&D Specialist - MENA

Salary: 5K - 6.5K

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Learning & Development Specialist MENA to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is passionate about enhancing organizational capability through effective training and people development initiatives.

The L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs tailored to organizational needs. This includes managing L&D initiatives, creating engaging instructional materials, facilitating workshops, and conducting training sessions. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness, providing coaching, and supporting ongoing employee development.

In addition to core L&D responsibilities, the successful candidate will also contribute to Recruitment, Employee Retention, and Employee Relations, helping to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the organization.

• Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Create engaging instructional materials and digital learning content.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs.
• Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Support leaders and employees with development tools, resources, and guidance.

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Participate in interviews and candidate assessments.

• Contribute to initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention.
• Support employee relations by ensuring clear communication, conflict resolution, and a positive work culture.
• Assist in developing strategies that promote satisfaction, well-being, and professional growth.
