We’re looking for talented Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team and be part of a brand-new account launch in the insurance services sector serving US customers.
🔹 Requirements:
• B2 level proficiency in English and Spanish
• Previous call center experience
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts
• Strong customer handling & communication skills
🔹 Your Role:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries
• Provide accurate and timely information
• Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
🔹 Work Conditions:
• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational days off
• Rotational shifts
