About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Bilingual Travel Advisors fluent in English and French to support travelers with bookings, itinerary management, and post-booking assistance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences for international travel accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in English and French.
- Handle travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide accurate information regarding flights, hotels, travel packages, and policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage customer records and document interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Stay updated on travel products, procedures, and promotions.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Egyptians Only
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Comfortable using computer systems and customer support tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems or GDS tools is a plus.
