This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Billing & Sales Specialist (English Customer Service), based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing client billing processes, handling invoicing tasks, and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of billing records, assisting customers in resolving billing-related issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with team members and maintaining effective communication with clients are essential aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Client Billing
• Strong Communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve billing concerns effectively
• Background in Accounting with attention to detail and financial accuracy
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and manage client relationships
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal communication)
• Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage
• Familiarity with billing systems and financial software is a plus
