BIM 4D/5D Engineer

BEC Arabia is hiring:

We are seeking a BIM 4D/5D Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, and cost integration through advanced BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage 4D construction sequencing and simulations

Integrate cost data for 5D quantity takeoff and budgeting

Coordinate with planning, cost control, and engineering teams

Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and reporting requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

4+ years of BIM experience with 4D/5D exposure

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and 4D/5D tools (e.g., Synchro, Primavera)

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
