We are currently seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to join our team. as an architect you will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for architectural designs. The candidate will work closely with project teams to create detailed 3D models, coordinate design documentation, and ensure compliance with project standards. The role requires strong technical expertise in BIM software, architectural detailing, and coordination across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to integrate architectural designs into a collaborative BIM environment.
- Generate 2D and 3D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using BIM software.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the clash detection process to identify and resolve design conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes and updates to the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver BIM reports, schedules, and presentations for internal and client reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry standards, and trends to enhance project efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design with extensive BIM expertise.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building codes, and construction methods.
- Experience in clash detection, coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration using BIM.
- Ability to create parametric families and advanced modeling elements in Revit.
- Excellent understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP) and project workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
