BIM Architect

Baumat is currently looking for experienced and motivated BIM Architects to join our Technical Office team in Jeddah. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have strong BIM expertise and contractor-side experience, particularly in construction and fit-out environments.

Position: BIM Architect

Location: Jeddah – Technical Office

Number of Vacancies: 6

Joining: Immediate availability required

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering

Minimum 8 years of BIM experience in the construction industry

Strong experience in shop drawings preparation and coordination

Ability to work closely with project teams, consultants, and site engineers

Experience working with contractors is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, detailing, and project documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop BIM models and shop drawings in accordance with project requirements

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and clash-free models

Support the Technical Office and site teams with detailed drawings and technical solutions

Ensure BIM standards and project timelines are maintained
