Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Dubai. The BIM Architect will lead the creation and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural and construction projects. Responsibilities include architectural modeling, preparing and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, managing BIM environments, and coordinating submittals. The role will also involve collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Ability to prepare and manage Construction Drawings and Submittals
- Strong knowledge of design and construction processes
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related software
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in AEC or related industries is highly advantageous
