Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in dubai for a BIM Architect/BIM Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural designs, producing detailed drawings, overseeing submittals, and collaborating with various stakeholders for efficient project execution. The BIM Architect/BIM Engineer will also ensure compliance with BIM standards and best practices in alignment with project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows
- Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Drawings, and Submittals
- Strong skills in creating and managing Construction Drawings
- Experience in producing high-quality designs and ensuring accurate documentation
- Proficiency in tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
