Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Architectural Modeler to develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models and construction documentation for projects supporting our UAE operations.

The role will work closely with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams to produce coordinated, high-quality, and construction-ready BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Revit.
Translate approved architectural designs and drawings into accurate BIM models.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentation.
Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and other disciplines.
Review models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
Identify and report modelling and coordination issues.
Incorporate approved design changes, consultant comments, and site information.
Support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination activities.
Prepare and update as-built models and documentation where required.
Maintain model parameters, naming conventions, levels, grids, and drawing revisions.
Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed project timelines.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant architectural BIM modelling experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
Good understanding of architectural construction and detailing.
Experience producing construction/shop drawings and documentation.
Strong ability to coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines.
Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
