BIM Architecture Coordinator

Job Description:

- Coordinate BIM activities across Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines.

- Perform clash detection and prepare coordination reports using Navisworks.

- Manage BIM coordination workflows and ensure model quality.

- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and technical teams.

- Ensure compliance with BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.

- Minimum 7 years of experience.

- Strong experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.

- Experience in Clash Detection and coordination reporting.

- Ability to manage BIM coordination processes and ensure model quality.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Good command of Microsoft Office.
