Role Responsibilities

• Prepare Detailed accurate shop drawings after coordinating with all disciplines.
• Prepare as built drawings.
• Create and develop 3D Revit BIM models to achieve related tasks / shop drawings.
• Review IFC design drawings and ensure full compliance with projects specs and BOQ.
• Prepare Required RFIs & RFPs Review.
• Prepare work packages.
• Follow the approved Engineering Methodology and procedures.
• Maintain quality assurance for all architecture development and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify and support in solving clashes between different trades.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in preparing shop drawings according to schedule and quality standards.
• Support the Engineering Team Leader in planning shop drawing submissions according to project milestones.
• Contribute to periodic engineering reports by providing data on drawing progress, coordination issues, and pending RFIs
• Coordinate with the Related specialist
• Support team leader in coordination with the related stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 5:7 years of relevant Experience

Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering

Shop Drawing Previous expertise

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Average Knowledge in Navisworks Manage.

Solid understanding shop drawing preparation.

Familiarity with architectural codes.

Strong experience in creating and developing BIM models and shop drawings.

Average knowledge in clash detection and coordination tools (Navisworks).

Knowledge of BOQ review IFC data and design-document comparison.

Ability to manage and prepare RFIs &RFPs design review

Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
