Position Objectives
- Lead BIM and design coordination for multidisciplinary data centre or mission-critical projects
- Ensure design integrity, clash-free models, and alignment between design and site execution
- Support project delivery through effective model management and coordination processes
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Oversee model coordination, clash detection, and resolution across disciplines (CSA, MEP, ICT/ELV, etc.)
- Review and validate BIM models for design compliance, constructability, and design-to-site alignment
- Support design changes, RFIs, and site coordination using BIM workflows
- Facilitate technical workshops and coordination meetings to resolve model clashes and interface issues
- Maintain up-to-date models, documentation, and version control for construction and handover readiness
- Assist in BIM-related QA/QC processes and coordination with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Qualification and Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- Minimum 815 years of experience in BIM management, coordination, or design support
- Strong experience in model coordination, clash management, and design-to-site integration
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM tools; knowledge of BIM 360 / CDE platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with design standards, data centre or commercial construction projects, and interdisciplinary workflows
- Ability to lead coordination teams, resolve design conflicts, and ensure timely deliverables
- Professional BIM or project management certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, PMP) are preferred
