BIM Coordination Section Head

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Coordination Section Head located in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will lead and coordinate all Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities, facilitate the implementation of BIM workflows across projects, and ensure compliance with project standards. Additionally, responsibilities include managing project schedules, overseeing resource allocation, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, will be a key aspect of the role.

• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control
• Strong knowledge of Procurement processes and Construction Management principles
• Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee end-to-end project execution
• Leadership and team coordination skills to guide cross-functional team activities
• Excellent communication, time management, and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with BIM tools and software is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in construction projects, particularly in the Cairo region, is advantageous
