BIM Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to lead and manage the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across multiple disciplinesMEP, Architecture, Interior and Landscape Designfor high-rise residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, optimizing, and enforcing BIM standards, ensuring seamless collaboration among project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Management & Coordination:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of BIM processes and standards across all disciplines (MEP, Structural, Interior Design).
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet company and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models at different project stages, from concept to construction.
• Conduct clash detection & resolution using Navisworks and similar tools.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between different disciplines, resolving coordination conflicts efficiently.
• Manage the set up and access of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project collaboration through ACC.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and related documents.

Project & Team Leadership:

• Act as the main point of contact for all BIM-related inquiries within the project team.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure BIM workflows align with project goals.
• Train and mentor design teams in using BIM tools (Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, etc.).

Standards & Quality Control:

• Enforce company-wide BIM standards, templates, and protocols.
• Review models to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Ensure accurate BIM documentation for project submissions and approvals.

Technology & Innovation:

• Leverage BIM automation (Dynamo, Python, AI tools) to enhance design efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and trends to improve workflows.
• Implement BIM 4D/5D/6D methodologies to enhance project lifecycle management is a plus

Qualifications & Skills:

bachelor's degree in architecture engineering / mechanical engineering / fine arts / urban engineering or a related field.

7+ years of BIM experience, preferably with a leading developer or consultancy.

Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and clash detection tools.

Deep understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD, COBie, etc.).

Proven experience in high-rise residential and hospitality projects.

Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Experience with common data environment as Autodesk construction cloud.

Knowledge of visual programing (eg. Dynamo) , using power BI , C#, Python.
