About the Role
We are seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling processes across infrastructure projects, ensuring model accuracy, clash detection, and seamless collaboration between disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using BIM software (e.g., Navisworks)
- Ensure models comply with project BIM execution plans (BEP) and standards
- Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM workflows and protocols
- Maintain model quality control and version management
- Coordinate with design teams and contractors to resolve technical conflicts identified in the model
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in BIM coordination on infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC
- Solid understanding of clash detection processes and multidisciplinary coordination
- Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
