BIM Coordinator – Interior Design
Responsibilities
- Responsible for and initiate BIM Project Federation.
- Responsible of BIM workflow.
- Manage and maintain BIM execution plan and ensure the team complies with it.
- Implement BIM Project Standards.
- Lead internal Weekly BIM Coordination Meetings.
- Execute Quality Control (QC) Procedures.
- Perform clash detection
- Daily model management administration and maintenance
- Monitor and Control BIM Weekly Progress Submissions, and coordinate the integration of models from different disciplines.
- Provides BIM training where needed
- Lead creating high detailed and advanced families
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines
- Extensive experience within Interior Design specifically
- Prepare and maintain/manage templates
- Confidence in managing a BIM team. Responsible for BIM team output and project resourcing
- Client facing – must be confident to discuss/respond during Client interactions.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years working with BIM, at least 5 years within Interior Design in the UAE.
