Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator based in Qesm El Maadi. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and ensuring effective collaboration between architecture, MEP systems, and project management teams. The BIM Coordinator will also oversee compliance with design standards and workflows, resolve project coordination issues, and streamline communication between project stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
Background or experience in Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Strong Project Management capabilities.
Minimum 2+ Years of Experience.
Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot design integration challenges.
Proficiency in BIM-related software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
