BIM Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage BIM-related activities across consultation projects, ensuring accurate modeling, integration with GIS and infrastructure data, and compliance with client and QSIT standards. Support project teams in delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions for design, planning, and presales activities.
• Coordinate BIM processes and workflows across multiple consultation projects.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM models are maintained for architectural, structural, and MEP elements.
• Facilitate collaboration between design, GIS, and project teams to resolve modeling conflicts.
• Conduct BIM quality checks and validate models against project specifications and client requirements.
• Support integration of BIM data with GIS and other technical systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and visualizations derived from BIM models.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure BIM deliverables are submitted according to schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on BIM software and standards.
• Keep updated on the latest BIM tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Assist in training or mentoring junior BIM staff within the Consultation BU.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or management.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar) and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of GIS integration and data management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP workflows.
• Experience in quality control and validation of BIM models.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in consultation, presales, or project support is an advantage.
