BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager with 8+ years of experience in BIM management, Revit modeling, MEP coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for managing BIM processes, leading project teams, coordinating multidisciplinary models, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of BIM projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage BIM implementation and project workflows in accordance with project and client requirements. Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM standards. Lead BIM teams consisting of modelers, coordinators, and engineers. Coordinate Architecture, Structure, and MEP models for effective project delivery. Perform clash detection and resolution using Revit and Navisworks. Conduct BIM coordination meetings and track clash resolution. Review BIM models for quality, accuracy, standards, and compliance. Monitor project progress, deliverables, revisions, and submission schedules. Develop and maintain Revit templates, families, and BIM libraries. Support project teams in BIM setup and resolve technical BIM-related issues. Prepare coordination reports, model progress reports, and project documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal project teams. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM team members. Ensure proper model organization, naming conventions, parameters, and version control. Support the effective use of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud for project collaboration.
