A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of BIM Designer
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / MEP Engineering / Construction Technology
- Certification or training in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, etc.) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a BIM Designer / BIM Modeler in construction projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools
- Prepare architectural, structural, and MEP coordination drawings
- Ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and aligned with project specifications
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams for design coordination
- Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines to resolve design conflicts
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and industry best practices
- Support project teams with visualization, planning, and design development
- Manage and organize BIM data, files, and documentation efficiently
