Job Description:

MAX360 is seeking an innovative and highly technical BIM Developer to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating custom automation tools, developing scripts, and optimizing BIM workflows across our architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. By leveraging Revit APIs, Dynamo, custom programming, AI-driven technologies, and database integrations, you will help our production teams eliminate repetitive tasks, improve data management, and increase overall efficiency. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional engineering practices, software development, and data science to deliver high-quality, intelligent results on complex international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom Dynamo scripts and Revit add-ins using Python and C#.

· Automate repetitive BIM tasks, including model setup, batch processing, data extraction, and quality control processes.

· Connect BIM models to external databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to establish dynamic, bi-directional data linkage between Revit and external platforms.

· Build and maintain data visualization dashboards (using PowerBI or similar tools) to track project health, model metrics, and coordination progress.

· Explore and implement AI-driven workflows and Generative Design methodologies to optimize geometry generation, space planning, and automated clash resolution.

· Collaborate with coordination and drafting teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and develop tailored technological solutions.

· Manage and structure complex BIM data environments (JSON, XML, IFC) to support accurate material schedules, lifecycle management, and project deliverables.

· Provide technical support, documentation, and training to internal staff on newly developed tools and optimized workflows.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination with a strong focus on automation, computational design, and tool development.

· Advanced proficiency in Dynamo visual programming and custom node creation.

· Strong programming skills utilizing Python, C#, and the Revit API.

· Practical experience querying, structuring, and managing data using SQL or NoSQL databases is a plus

· Proven ability to connect architectural data to reporting and visualization software like PowerBI is a plus

· Deep technical understanding of Revit functionalities across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).

· Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with international clients and technical teams.

Additional Qualifications:

· Degree in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.

· Familiarity with leveraging Machine Learning concepts or AI APIs to assist in AEC workflows, data parsing, or internal tool development.

· Basic knowledge of front-end or back-end web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js) to support custom dashboard deployment.

· Familiarity with cloud-based BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud).

· Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment.

· Experience mentoring peers on digital workflows and software adoption.
