We are hiring a BIM Engineer – Civil (3D) with strong hands-on experience in Civil 3D and infrastructure BIM coordination to support the design and delivery of large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on LOD-based modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction-ready outputs aligned with ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage LOD 300–500 civil BIM models using Civil 3D
- Model and coordinate roads, grading, earthworks, corridors, and utility networks
- Create and manage alignments, surfaces, pipe networks, profiles, and sections
- Perform clash detection and coordination with structural, architectural, and MEP teams
- Prepare BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model submissions, and progress reports
- Extract shop drawings, quantities (BOQs), cross-sections, and 4D construction data
- Support 4D/5D BIM workflows in coordination with planning and cost teams
- Enforce BIM QA/QC standards and mentor junior BIM modelers
- Support construction teams with model-based sequencing and site coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- BIM certification (Autodesk / BRE / equivalent) – preferred

- Experience delivering roads, utilities, drainage, sewer, and stormwater networks
- Prior experience on Saudi infrastructure or GCC projects is an advantage
