Job Purpose:
Delivers complex BIM tasks and supports coordination workflows across disciplines. Provides technical guidance to junior modellers and contributes to data integrity and model quality across workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model complex building systems, architectural and MEP components as per project needs.
- Lead small modelling tasks or sections independently.
- Apply advanced tools for model management and coordination.
- Track updates and changes across multiple versions and worksets.
- Support clash detection and resolution efforts using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Assist in setup and maintenance of template files, families, and libraries.
- Coordinate outputs with other disciplines to ensure model alignment.
- Support the implementation of BIM standards, templates, and automation scripts.
- Mentor junior modellers on workflow and quality expectations.
- Perform periodic model health checks and cleanup routines.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or associate degree in BIM, architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of BIM modelling experience in design or site environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and coordination platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Navisworks).
