Responsibilities:

  • Support the site operations team in the review, verification, and coordination of BIM deliverables submitted by the contractor.
  • Ensure all BIM models, drawings, and data received are compliant with the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and relevant appendices
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking the contractor's BIM progress and reporting any deviations or non-conformities to the Resident Engineer
  • Conduct basic model reviews and clash detection exercises to confirm spatial coordination and highlight design or construction interface issues
  • Support the implementation of digital processes, data exchange protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives across site-based activities
  • A working knowledge of AEC software platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Bentley, Dynamo, etc.) to support modelling and coordination tasks.
  • Arrange, chair, and document regular BIM coordination and review meetings with the contractor and client representatives, ensuring that outstanding issues, model updates, and deliverable schedules are clearly tracked and communicated.
  • Assist in maintaining a digital record of approved models, datasets, and associated correspondence to support project traceability and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Autodesk Certified Professional
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
