BIM Engineer

Job Summary:

The BIM Engineer is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models and related documentation in accordance with project standards and specifications. The role supports the design and construction teams by producing accurate 3D models, drawings, and documentation that enhance coordination and improve overall project efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Assist in developing and updating BIM models.
2. Support the preparation of shop drawings and schedules derived from BIM models.
3. Learn and follow established BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
4. Assist in clash detection, model issue identification, and coordination activities.
5. Learn and apply BIM tools, software, and project procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. BSc in Civil Engineering.
2. 02 years of experience in the same field.
3. Very good communication and organizational skills.
4. Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
5. Very good command of English (written and spoken).
6. Software skills: Tekla Structures, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, with a basic understanding of international BIM standards.
