Role Overview
Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and coordinating highfidelity BIM models in alignment with project objectives, organizational and project BIM standards, and industry best practices.
The role requires strong BIM knowledge, disciplined modeling capabilities, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain accurate, data-rich BIM models using leading industry platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration and coordination between all engineering disciplines.
- Adhere to BIM execution plans, modeling protocols, and naming conventions.
- Support clash detection processes, model validation, and quality assurance reviews.
- Contribute to digital documentation workflows and asset information development.
- Assist in implementing and optimizing BIM standards and methodologies.
- Develop BIM families and standard content.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Demonstrated experience in BIM modeling using Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, engineering principles, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical capability.
Preferred Competencies
- Familiarity with international BIM standards.
- Experience in model coordination and clash detection workflows.
- Working knowledge of automation tools such as Dynamo or Python is an asset.
- Ability to perform in a structured, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
