BIM Interior Architecture

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Architect located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with some flexibility for remote work. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, creating architectural designs, coordinating integration and collaboration efforts, and ensuring efficient workflows. The role requires active communication and collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients to deliver excellent solutions for complex architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Interior Architectural Design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients
• Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with BIM software tools such as Revit or similar applications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations is an advantage
• Previous experience in interior design projects is a plus
