BIM Lead / Coordinator Interior Design (Dubai, UAE)

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator Interior Design to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models for interior design projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and seamless collaboration between design and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate BIM Project Federation.
- Responsible of BIM workflow.
- Manage and maintain BIM execution plan and ensure the team complies with it.
- Implement BIM Project Standards.
- Lead internal Weekly BIM Coordination Meetings.
- Execute Quality Control (QC) Procedures.
- Perform clash detection
- Daily model management administration and maintenance
- Monitor and Control BIM Weekly Progress Submissions, and coordinate the integration of models from different disciplines.
- Provides BIM training where needed
- Lead creating high detailed and advanced families
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines
- Extensive experience within Interior Design specifically
- Confidence in managing a BIM team
- Client facing must be confident to discuss/respond during Client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, with strong exposure to interior design / fit-out projects
- Proficient in Revit (Interior/Architecture), Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and coordination processes
- Experience working on UAE or GCC projects is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors
- Knowledge of Dynamo, BIM 360 / ACC, or similar collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with local authority requirements in Dubai
