Role Description

This is a full-time, Haybird - BIM Manager position. The BIM Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as overseeing BIM modeling, coordination, virtual design, and architecture. They will also work on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects to ensure accurate and efficient BIM implementation.

Qualifications

• Years of Experiance + 8 yrs
• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination skills
• Virtual Design and Architecture skills
• Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) expertise
• Experience in BIM for Scheduling & Costing
• Knowledge of BIM Consulting & Execution Planning
• Strong visualization and rendering abilities
• Proficiency in construction documents and shop drawing
• Excellent communication and project management skill
• Able to travel
