China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a BIM Manager for a newly awarded High Rise Tower project in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage multiple subcontractor models.
- Coordinate all BIM reporting process for the project weekly & monthly with updated Temporary ,Logistics & Permanent in reporting 4D& 5D.
- Create BIM execution plan ,following project's specifications, and work flow from LOD 250 till LOD 500 and handing over to FM.
- Maintain and analyze federated model mainly for coordination purposes.
- Review and analyze clash detection on federated model, Manage Communication of conflicts in model; both real and potential.
- Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings along with Technical and construction team, where ever required.
- Facilitate subcontractor communication in and out of meetings.
- Meet with designers/owners as required to facilitate review of models as needed.
- Review of Virtual Construction reporting .
- Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors.
- Compile contract BIM close out documentation.
- Assist project team with construction coordination and scheduling.
- Participate in job layout driven by 3D model data.
- Manage all required procedures to Incorporate data into coordination process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- 10+ Years of relevant work experience in High Rise Tower Project
