BIM Manager

We have a vacancy for an exceptional BIM Manager, with at least 8 years of BIM Management experience, to join our Dubai studio. As part of our team, you will contribute to a wide range of international projects — focusing on hospitality led projects — within a busy and collaborative studio. We are keen to hear from experiences BIM Managers with experience in both Hospitality and Residential sectors with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The BIM Manager will work closely with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure that digital workflows support design intent while maintaining coordination quality and technical rigor appropriate to each project phase.

Key requirements include:

• Strong, hands-on experience with Revit in a design-led environment
• Working knowledge of Rhino and an understanding of how conceptual design workflows interface with Revit
• Experience managing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as a Common Data Environment
• Practical knowledge of design-phase coordination using Navisworks and/or ACC Model Coordination
• Experience contributing to BIM delivery across multiple projects from early design through Detailed Design
• Ability to balance design flexibility with BIM standards in a collaborative studio setting
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills when working with designers, consultants, and contractors

Experience with Dynamo, automation, or computational workflows is an advantage but not essential.
