BIM Manager

Key Responsibilities • Develop, review, and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with Employer's Information Requirements (EIR) • Lead federated model coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Façade disciplines • Manage clash detection workflows using Navisworks — track, assign, and close issues within agreed timelines • Verify LOD compliance (LOD 300–500) for all project phases • Support construction teams with shop drawing validation, design discrepancy resolution, and 4D sequencing (where required) • Maintain continuous as-built model updates reflecting site changes and approved variations (VOs/AVIs) • Coordinate between Contractor, Consultant, Subcontractors, and QA/QC teams on all BIM-related matters • Deliver periodic BIM reports: coordination status, clash logs, model progress, and compliance tracking • Ensure final handover of fully coordinated LOD 500 as-built models with asset data for FM integration
