Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Coordinator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multidisciplinary design and construction teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project standards and objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and reviewing BIM models; ensuring consistency and coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines; conducting clash detection and data validation; and supporting project teams in implementing BIM execution plans. The role also involves training team members on BIM standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and promoting digital collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

-Saudi national

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

-10 years of professional experience in BIM coordination within the construction or consultancy industry (KSA experience preferred)

-Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software

-Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols, including ISO 19650

-Experience with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), clash detection, and model management

-Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC, Revizto), and digital workflows

-Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
