Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with 5–8 years of construction project experience to manage BIM processes, multidisciplinary coordination, and project deliverables. The candidate will ensure compliance with BIM standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualification:
- Experience: 5–8 years of BIM experience in construction projects.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM coordination, clash detection, LOD and BEP.
- Mandatory Criteria: Strong multidisciplinary coordination and team-management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BIM processes, standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
- Manage BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet client and project requirements.
