KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and maintain detailed 2D drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models in accordance with project requirements.
- Perform on-site BIM coordination with all stakeholders (architectural, structural, MEP, contractors, and subcontractors) to support construction activities.
- Extract and manage BIM outputs required for site execution, including drawings, quantities, and coordination views.
- Support the preparation of construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Update BIM models to reflect site changes and ensure models remain aligned with construction progress.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and model-based deliverables.
- Experience working on site-based BIM coordination is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) is considered a strong advantage.
