We are seeking experienced BIM Modelers across Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, and Structural disciplines to support large-scale building construction projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on BIM experience, preferably within the GCC construction environment, and the ability to work closely with consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage BIM models for building construction projects
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and compliance
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools
- Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and BIM documentation
- Ensure BIM models align with project specifications, standards, and timelines
- Support BIM coordination meetings and design reviews
- Maintain organized BIM data and version control throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on BIM experience in large-scale building construction projects
- Proven experience working with consultants and contractors
- Experience in GCC projects is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of building design and construction processes
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Revit (discipline-specific)
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks (clash detection & coordination)
- Familiarity with other BIM and coordination tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction and design drawings
