Job Description

About the Role

4 to 8 years of BIM experience. Experience in infrastructure projects - Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD, BEP and coordination process - Knowledge of ISO 19650 - Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams - good communication

Responsibilities

  • Role Structure Civil Mechanical / Electrical BIM developer/coordinator
  • Develop and coordinate structural and bridge models in Revit
  • Develop and maintain BIM models for civil and infrastructure works
  • Develop and coordinate mechanical BIM models
  • Develop scripts in Dynamo
  • Compliance with BEP, LOD, LOI and project standards
  • Disciplines coordination, model coordination
  • Resolve clashes with other disciplines
  • ACC management
  • Participate in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Reporting and automation
  • Quantity extraction, drawings production
  • CGI, GIS, COBie
  • Revit structure
  • Civil 3D
  • Revit MEP
  • Revit - Civil 3D - ACC
  • Navisworks manage
  • Power BI - reporting
  • 4D process - Virtual reality environment
  • Dynamo
  • Logistic coordination
  • Escape/Lumion

Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years of BIM experience. Experience in infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows
